The 2014 vintage in Cahors showed exceptional climatic conditions in September and October, with sunny days and soft autumn breezes that played an important role in the grapes’ maturity. This vintage produced red wines with pronounced colors and supple tannins.

35-year-old vineyard with a calcareous subsoil and calcareous siliceous soil.
Elaboration
Fermentation was carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 21 days and aging for 12 months in concrete tanks.
Tasting note
It has a deep purple color with black hues. On the nose, intense notes of cherries and red fruits. On the palate, it is very fresh, with delicate tannins. It has an aromatic complexity marked by raspberry and blueberry notes.
